Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ikonic Marketing LLC (“Ikonic Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ikonicmarketings.com (the “Site”), book a demo, or otherwise contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, dealership name, and any details you submit through our forms, email capture, or when you book a demo.
  • Booking information: when you schedule a demo, our scheduling provider collects the details needed to book and confirm your appointment.
  • Automatically collected information: your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data, gathered through cookies and analytics.
  • Communications: records of your correspondence with us by email, phone, or text message.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct demos, and provide the services you request.
  • To send you information about our services, follow-ups, and offers you have asked to receive.
  • To measure and improve the performance of our Site and marketing.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure advertising performance. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data as described in their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Site works.

4. SMS and phone communications

We run one text messaging program, for dealership staff. This section describes it, and describes how we contact everyone else. Giving us your number as a prospect never enrolls you in the staff program.

Dealership staff (text messages). For employees of a dealership that has a contract with us. Staff opt in themselves inside the Ikonic portal by entering their own mobile number, then entering the 6-digit code we text to that number and checking the SMS consent box on the same screen. Consent is recorded only after the code is confirmed. These messages are transactional: new lead alerts, handoff alerts, catch-up summaries, onboarding messages, and the verification code itself. This program is described in full in our SMS Terms.

Everyone else (no text messages). For people who book a call or send us their contact information about our services. If you do that, you agree we may contact you by email and by phone about your request. We do not send text messages to prospects. We have no text-message opt-in on this site and no SMS program registered for prospect outreach. If that ever changes we will register it separately, collect a separate express opt-in for it, and update this Policy before sending anything.

For the staff notification program: message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not stop email or phone contact about a request you initiated.

5. How we share information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of text messaging services who deliver the messages on our behalf. Mobile information is never sold.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers: companies that help us operate the Site and our business, such as hosting, analytics, advertising, scheduling, and CRM providers, who process information on our behalf.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ikonic Marketing, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us at the email below. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
